Retired, happily married for forty five plus years, have one daughter and two wonderful grandsons. I am a member of the Missouri River Quilt Guild. Our guild is sewing quilts and lap quilts for charity. We are donating the quilts to a local foster care program and the lap quilts are going to the VA hospital.
Our local Guild recently had a crayon challenge. You received a bag with two crayons that you were to use in your project along with only one additional color.
My two crayons were golden yellow and turquoise. I think my project turned our rather cute but certainly not as detailed as most of the other entries.
I regret I missed that Guild meeting. You created a terrific piece of wall art or throw as I can not get any feel for the size. hmmmm, maybe I could see it in person one day. hugs
Well I think you did a fantastic job with your crayons! :)

ReplyDeleteI absolutely love that, Betty! And you know...sometimes, the simpler, the better. It's going to make some child very happy, indeed!
